Our mission is to train American voice students in the areas of vocal technique, acting, diction and Italian language. We offer an unforgettable cultural experience that will change how our participants see themselves as people and artists.

​Through free, public concerts and daily interaction, we and our students act as cultural ambassadors to the people of Lucca. 

We aim to foster an understanding and appreciation of Italian classical vocal music in our students and our audiences.=

​We advertise to and audition students from around the country. We are proud to
​draw from a large geographic and socio-economic student base.

Each year we hold a three-week summer session in Lucca, Italy, the birthplace of Italian opera composer Giacomo Puccini.
